You get direct time with Jamon Mysliwiec, founder of Haven Permaculture. I'll walk your land with you, read its patterns, and provide honest, practical direction tailored to your goals.

No generic advice. No theory for theory's sake. Just a trained eye and a straight conversation about your land.

Everything you need is delivered at the time of consultation.

• Comprehensive pre-consultation review of your submitted questionnaire, maps, photos, goals, and property information
• Pre-prepared land assessment materials developed prior to arrival and presented during the consultation
• 5-page written property report delivered at the time of consultation
• Credit toward a qualifying design package if contracted within 30 days

The goal is to maximize the value of our time together by arriving prepared, allowing the consultation to focus on discussion, strategy, decision-making, and implementation priorities rather than information gathering.

Flat Rate: $5,000

One price. All-inclusive of time and travel.

Available throughout the contiguous United States, Canada, Mexico, and U.S. outlying territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. island territories.

Lodging, if required, is the only additional cost and will be coordinated prior to booking.

Booking requires a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice.

All value is delivered at the time of consultation. No follow-up sessions are included.

Prefer to Meet Virtually?

Virtual consultations are available at $500 per hour.

Prior to our meeting, clients complete a detailed property questionnaire and submit relevant maps, photos, videos, and project information. These materials are reviewed in advance and used to prepare a preliminary assessment so that meeting time can be spent discussing opportunities, challenges, design considerations, and next steps.

Virtual consultations are ideal for property reviews, implementation guidance, design feedback, troubleshooting, and strategic planning when an on-site visit is not required.
