Haven Permaculture LLC ("Haven Permaculture," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom regenerative design, consulting, and educational services. Because our work is bespoke and begins promptly after purchase, the terms below apply to all orders. By placing an order you agree to this policy, which works together with our Terms of Service.
Design services and digital deliverables. Our design programs — including the Food Forest Starter Design, Homestead Masterplan, and Regenerative Property Masterplan — are custom professional services delivered digitally. Once we have begun work on your project, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, we will refund any portion of your payment not already committed to scheduling or scoping your project.
Deposits. Booking deposits — including the $1,000 deposit for the Regenerative Property Masterplan — are non-refundable. A deposit reserves your place in our limited design schedule and funds the initial scoping of your property. If you proceed, your deposit is credited in full toward your project total. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit is retained to cover the reserved schedule slot and the scoping work already performed.
On-site consultations and travel. The On-Site Property Consultation fee is non-refundable once your visit has been scheduled, because scheduling reserves time we could otherwise offer another client. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Travel (mileage at $1.25 per mile round trip, plus lodging where required) is billed separately and is non-refundable once your visit has taken place or once non-refundable travel arrangements have been made on your behalf.
Custom printed materials. The Heirloom Master Binder is a made-to-order, customized product and is non-refundable once production has begun. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it.
Ongoing retainers (Project Management & Consultancy). Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial months. You may cancel ongoing services with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Travel and on-site work are billed separately.
Promotional pricing. Limited-time promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period and only to orders placed within it. Promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined unless we state so in writing.
If we cancel. We may cancel or reschedule a service due to low enrollment, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a service you have paid for and cannot reschedule it, you will receive a full refund for that service, which is our entire responsibility to you in that situation.
Errors. If we make an error in your order or charge you for something we cannot deliver, we will make it right — by correcting the deliverable or refunding the affected amount, at our discretion.
How to request a refund or ask a question. Email us at havenpermaculture@gmail.com with your order details and we'll respond promptly. Refunds, where due, are issued to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
